- Low-Maintenance Lifestyle: One of the top advantages of owning a Villa is that exterior maintenance is handled by the Villas Association. This includes landscaping, roof replacement, exterior paint, stucco, driveway maintenance, and more.

Unit 50 Villas (HOA Two)
