These homes are popular with seasonal residents because they offer low-maintenance living.
Each Villa neighborhood has its own sub-HOA that handles exterior maintenance, including:
• exterior painting
• landscaping
• roof maintenance and replacement
• exterior structural upkeep
Because of this additional maintenance coverage, Villa owners pay separate sub-HOA dues in addition to the SaddleBrooke HOA 2 master association dues.
Current Villa sub-HOA fees are:
Unit 35 Villas: approximately $250 per month
Unit 50 Villas: approximately $210 per month
Other HOA Fees Paid at Closing
